We would like to warn you about online fraud by so-called phishing e-mails. These messages claim to be sent by Storopack. Both from fake e-mail addresses and from fake telephone numbers, people are supposedly acting in the name of Storopack and creating trust. Please remain vigilant.
What should you do if e-mails you receive seem suspicious?
If you have doubts about the authenticity of an e-mail, first check whether you know the sender and whether the extension of the e-mail address is listed as official above. If this is not the case, it is not an email from Storopack! Never provide your personal information or bank details and do not click on links. Do not open the attachments or reply to the email.
